Megafauna Pop-Up Museum at Broadmeadows Library

Step into a world of prehistoric wonders at the Pop-up Museum! This interactive experience invites families to explore an array of fossils, collection objects, taxidermy, and more, all displayed on touch-tables designed for hands-on discovery.

The exhibit is featured as an exciting timeline journey, from the age of Australian dinosaurs, to the era of Australian megafauna and right up to the animals of today. Marvel at a life-sized Muttaburrasaurus skull and leg, discover a Diprotodon and learn about the lives and habitats of our favourite mammals, birds and reptiles.
