Hume Libraries Express and Click and Collect

Hume Libraries have devised two contact free ways to get books and DVDs to our customers during lockdown: Hume Libraries Express and Click and Collect.

These services operate from the Broadmeadows, Craigieburn and Sunbury branches. Click and Collect is available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-12pm. 

Here’s how you can arrange for a friendly library staff member to deliver to your door or to click and collect:

• Reserve items via the library catalogue or Hume Libraries app
• Request specific items by telephone or ask our librarians to choose for you: Broadmeadows: 9356 6900, Craigieburn: 9356 6980, Sunbury: 9356 6970
• Request specific items by email or ask our librarians to choose for you: libraries@hume.vic.gov.au
• When you receive a notification that your reservations are ready, contact us to arrange delivery or to arrange a time for pick-up

Please note these services are only available to those who reside within the Hume municipality and who are existing members of Hume Libraries.
